I don't know about you, but as much as I love Thanksgiving, I hate how much time I spend preparing for the holiday, cooking and cleaning, and then cooking and cleaning again. These days, hotels aren't just places to stay en route to grandma's house for the holidays. They are also destinations to gather around the table for a Thanksgiving feast. Here are 14 hotels that will do all the work while you enjoy a holiday getaway.

1. The Greenbrier, West Virginia

If any hotel knows how to do Thanksgiving right, it's the The Greenbrier in West Virginia, where the holiday is celebrated for several days. Before guests even get to Thanksgiving dinner, they'll have the chance to take a dining etiquette class, sit "under the stars" in an indoor planetarium and sip on afternoon tea. Following a lavish Thanksgiving meal, guests can watch "A Musical Merry Christmas from The Greenbrier" at the hotel's theater. At 11 p.m., mom and dad will enjoy a special Greenbrier Waltz and Champagne Toast with live entertainment at the Casino Club.
