If looking to celebrate President's Day in a historic setting, you won't beat Colonial Willamsburg, Va. Stay in the heart of Sugarloaf Village with rates at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel starting at $149 per person, per night, including breakfast daily. Rates are good on stays of two nights or more between February 17 and 26.
