About Anchor In

The Anchor In is the only waterfront hotel in the town of Hyannis, as well as one of the few waterfront properties on the Cape to remain open year-round. The Sunroom, overlooking Hyannis Harbor, is a great place to relax, read and have breakfast while watching the boats and ferries come in. A generous (and complimentary) continental breakfast is served each morning in the new Lewis Bay Library, overlooking the boats in the harbor. The new library is also the place for tea and coffee and has a fireplace with flatscreen TV, board games, and a variety of books and magazines. The heated outdoor pool is 3 to 8 feet deep and is open (weather permitting) from early May to mid-October.

Guest rooms are, on average, a spacious 325 square feet and outfitted with plump pillows, comforters and DVD/CD players. Renovations to all guest rooms were completed in 2007. East Wing rooms have a view of the harbor from the room and the deck; West Wing rooms have a view of the harbor from the deck only (the exception is the two end rooms in the West Wing, referred to as Hyannis and the Centerville, which offer magnificent views).
