We had a great stay at the Andaz resort. The staff was amazing and resort was beautiful. Guest room was great. We had the breakfast buffet and I’m still dreaming about it. Jennifer was our server and she was fabulous. We also had a meal by the pool, again had a super friendly wonderful server Olivia many thanks to her, she made our trip extra special. The food at all spots was amazing. Can’t wait to go back. We will recommend the resort to friends and family.

Boutique hotel with great extras

First, the welcoming host was a great start to feeling luxurious and exclusive. We arrived at 2:30pm and did have to wait until 4pm as standard to get a room. While we waited we received wet towels and drinks. We were upgraded to partial ocean view room. We had booked with points which was a standard garden view room. I have no status with Hyatt so that was a nice surprise. When we entered our room, we received a complimentary cheese plate for our 15 year anniversary. The room is quaint which luxury features. The room did feel close to the pool and this other people looking at you, but it was ok.
We did the feast at mokupito in Sunday night and it was great. The beach access was nice and they arrange your beach chairs for you. We took a complimentary outrigger canoe ride and our guide was great. Overall excellent hotel.
