Vero Beach is THE place for board sports. No matter if you’ve never tried before, Epic Sessions can get you on a skim board, surfboard, or stand-up paddleboard (SUP). It conducts one-on-one lessons and summer camps. Skim and surfing lessons happen at local ocean beaches (usually Round Island Park); SUP and SUP yoga on the Indian River.
