Founded in 1856, the gallery has accumulated more than 195,000 portraits and photographs. See classic and contemporary art and the faces of royalty like Queen Elizabeth I, Diana, Princess of Wales and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge also know as Kate Middleton. Families will enjoy roaming the halls of the gallery while on a children’s tour or attending storytelling sessions, and hands-on workshops that inspire kids to be creative. Admission to the gallery is free, as are most activities for children.
