There are 614 air-conditioned rooms in 30 categories in the Caribbean, French, Key West and Italian Village combined. All rooms include air conditioning, king or double beds, satellite TV, refrigerator, clock radio, and private bath and shower with tiled floors. For families on a budget, the French Village may be easiest on the wallet with the smallest room selections and garden views, while larger families expecting all the bells and whistles may prefer the Italian Village. The Key West Village has 168 additional large accommodations featuring studios, one- and two-bedroom suites and three- to four-bedroom villas, many with private pools.

Suite Concierge Service provides preferred check-in for guests booked in Suite or Suite Centre and includes in-suite stocked bars and a weekly reception.

Beaches Suites with Butler Service is provided in Imperial Suites, Presidential Suites and Penthouses. Butlers trained by the Guild of Professional English Butlers will attend to any request during your stay, including unpacking and packing your luggage, providing meals on your terrace, and washing and ironing clothing.

Caribbean Village
The Caribbean Village is the oldest village in the resort, originally built as a collection of rooms in another resort later purchased and renovated by Beaches, who also added an addition. Here, most of the rooms are the smallest offered on the resort, and do not feature ocean views. Located beside the beach, the Caribbean Village is surrounded by tropical gardens and palm trees.

Room categories in the Caribbean Village include:
Caribbean Penthouse One Bedroom Butler Suite (IS). The one-of-a-kind suite is located on the third floor of the Main Building's East Wing and accommodates five in a Butler-Service suite with views of the gardens and pool. The suite has a full living room, formal dining area, full kitchen, bedroom with king bed, and two queen sofa beds.


Caribbean Honeymoon One Bedroom Concierge Suite (H1). The suites are located on the first and second floors of the Parrot Cay Villas and accommodate five people in rooms with garden and resort ground views. Ground-floor suites have patios and second-floor suites have balconies.



Caribbean Honeymoon Luxury Concierge Suite(HJ). These suites are located on the first through third floors of the east and west wings of the Main Building and accommodate five people with resort grounds views. Suites have either a patio or balcony.




Caribbean Honeymoon Grande Luxe (GD & GK). These rooms are found on the third floor of the east and west wings of the Main Building and sleep four with garden or pool views. All rooms have balconies.





Caribbean Honeymoon Premium Walkout Room & Caribbean Premium Walkout Room (HPD, HPK, PD & PK). These rooms are found on the second floor of the east and west wings of the Main Building and sleep four with garden or pool views. All rooms have balconies.




Caribbean Deluxe (DD & DK). These rooms are found on the ground floor of the east and west wings of the Main Building and sleep four with garden or pool views. All rooms have patios.





Caribbean One Bedroom Concierge Suite(G1) & Caribbean Honeymoon Luxury One Bedroom Concierge Suite (HG1). These suites are found on the first through third floors of the Salt Cay Villas and accommodate five in garden views. (Some have views of the pool or ocean views.)



Caribbean Two Bedroom Luxury Butler Villa Suite(P2). Located on the first floor of the Pine Cay and French Cay Villas, these suites accommodate eight with one king bedroom and a second room with double beds. These suites have patios and have views of the gardens or pools.




French Village
The French Village feels a bit like Disney with its Caribbean setting but with a "left bank" sidewalk with bistros and cafes. One massive pool with zero-entry and swim-up bar and hot tub is centered in the village. The gardens in this village were inspired by the gardens of Versailles. Room options here (below) are better suited to families with one-, two- and three-bedroom suites accommodating up to 14 people available. Standard rooms in this portion of the resort provide two double beds and a single sleep chair or one king and one twin daybed with trundle.

Room categories in the French Village include:
French Village Three Bedroom Concierge Suite (F3). Each bedroom has a king-sized bed with a trundle or double beds with a single pullout sofa, accommodating up to 14 people. All rooms connect and have their own private entrance. Suites on the first floor have small patios and third-floor suites have balconies. The suites are located in the Bordeaux and Cannes buildings and feature views of the pool and gardens.


French Village Two Bedroom Concierge Suite(F2). The suites are exactly the same as the above, in a two- instead of three-bedroom. The two-bedroom accommodates up to 11 people.





French Village One Bedroom Concierge Suite(F1). The suites are exactly the same as the above, in a one- instead of three-bedroom. The one-bedroom accommodates seven.





French Village Luxury Walkout Room(FWD & FWK). Located on the first floor of all the French Village buildings, these four-person suites feature a room with a king-sized bed with a trundle or two double beds with a single sleeper chair. The walkout patio overlooks the pool, gardens and French Village courtyard.



French Village Honeymoon Luxury Room (HFK & HFD) & French Village Luxury Room(FD & FK). These are the smallest-sized rooms on the Beaches property and are found on the second and third floors of all the French Village buildings. Sleeping four, the rooms overlook the pool and gardens and feature a king bed with a trundle or double beds with a single sleep chair and balconets.



Italian Village
If you desire a more luxurious experience tailored especially for families, the Italian Village fits the bill. Here, 162 family suites (below) offering everything a family could ask for regardless of age. Youngsters will enjoy separate rooms with bunk beds while parents can relax in their own sitting room with plasma TV and Jacuzzi tub.

The Italian Village also has its own 14,000-square-foot pool with signature swim-up bar; an expanded Kids Camp facility for 6 to 12 year olds with an arts & crafts center, a teen lounge with arcade games and foosball; Liquid, a new aqua-themed nightclub for teens; 7,000 square feet of retail space; and five gourmet restaurants plus a wood-fired pizza oven. There are Imperial suites and other top-tier suite offerings in the Italian Village for the discerning family. Some of the top-tier suites also have butler service.

Room categories in the Italian Village include:
Italian Beachfront Two Bedroom Walkout Butler Family Suite (TWP). Featured on the first floor of the Capri Building, the oceanfront suite can accommodate 12 and opens directly to the beach with two over-sized patios. A king master has its own bar area with refrigerator and microwave. Kids will have bunk beds with a trundle and a bathroom with dual vanities. Connecting doors lead to a living room with a daybed and trundle, sleeper sofa, dining table with seating for six, refrigerator and microwave. Three flat-screen TVs are offered, with the kids' room also featuring an Xbox 360.


Italian Beachfront Penthouse Two Bedroom Imperial Butler Family Suite (PP). Featured on the fifth and sixth floors of the Capri Building, the panoramic oceanfront suite can accommodate 12 in a setup similar to TWP but without a walkout patio.




Italian Beachfront Two Bedroom Butler Family Suite (G2). Located on the second through fourth floors of the Capri Building, these oceanfront suites can accommodate 12. The suites are similar to PP but without the panoramic views.




Italian Oceanview Penthouse Two Bedroom Butler Family Suite (M2P). Similar to the other imperial suites, the penthouses are located on the fifth and sixth floors of Pisa and San Marino buildings and can accommodate 10 people. The rooms feature views of the ocean, pool and gardens.



Italian Two Bedroom Poolside Walkout Butler Family Suite (FWP). Located on the first floor of Pisa and San Marino buildings, the suites are similar to Turin Water's Edge Walkouts except they overlook the pool and gardens. The suite accommodates 11 people.




Italian Oceanview Two Bedroom Butler Family Suite (MP). Suites also accommodating 10 people, these suites are located on the third and fourth floors of Pisa and San Marino and provide views of the ocean, pool and gardens.




Italian Two Bedroom Butler Family Suite (NP). Another imperial suite option, this one providing views of the pool and gardens from the second floor of Pisa and San Marino buildings. They accommodate 10 people.





Italian Oceanfront Walkout Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room (RW). Half the size of Turin and the first in the following series that do not include Butler Service, the family suite is located directly on the oceanfront of the first floor of the Amalfi and Capri buildings. Rooms are similar to Turrin, without the living and dining rooms, and sleep eight.


Italian Oceanfront Penthouse Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room (S2). Located on the fifth and sixth floors of the Capri building, these family suites also sleep 8 in a style similar to Riviera but without a private walkout. The suites feature direct oceanfront views.



Italian Oceanfront Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room (D2). Similar to the Siena rooms, including the direct oceanfront view and accommodations for eight, these suites are located on the second floor of Amalfi and the second through fourth floors of Capri.




Italian Penthouse Oceanview Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room (R2). Similar to the oceanfront suites, these accommodate six people and provide panoramic views of the ocean, pool and garden from the fifth and sixth floors of Pompeii, Pisa and San Marino buildings.




Italian Poolside Walkout Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room (PW). Similar to the Riviera suites, these walk out to the pool and gardens and sleep seven. The suites are located on the first floor of the Position, Milano, Tivoli, Pompeii, Pisa and San Marino buildings.




Italian Oceanview Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room (T2). Don't let the name fool you, these suites feature pool and garden views. Located on the third and fourth floors of Pompeii, Pisa and San Marino buildings, these suites accommodate six.




Italian Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room (V2). Like the Tuscan suites, these suites are similar in size and views and appear on the second floor of Positano, Milano, Tivoli, Pompeii, Pisa and San Marino.






Key West Village
The Key West Village, which opened in May 2013, is the newest village. The ultra-luxurious village is located next to the Italian Village with oceanfront accommodations.

Room categories in the Key West Village include:
Key West Oceanview Four Bedroom Villa Residence (4VO). These villas have three floors and provide a full kitchen, living room, and four bedrooms with three king beds, two double beds and two rollaway options to accommodate up to 10 people. Villas receive butler service.



Key West Four Bedroom Butler Villa Residence (4VB). These villas have three floors and provide a full kitchen, living room, and four bedrooms with three king beds, two double beds and two rollaway options to accommodate up to 10 people. Villas receive butler service.



Key West Oceanview Three Bedroom Butler Villa Suite (3VO). These villas have three floors and provide a full kitchen, living room, and four bedrooms with three king beds and two rollaway options to accommodate up to eight people. Villas receive butler service.




Key West Three Bedroom Concierge Villa Suite (3VB). These villas have three floors and provide a full kitchen, living room, and four bedrooms with three king beds and two rollaway options to accommodate up to eight people. Villas receive butler service.




Key West Oceanview Two Story, Two Bedroom Butler Suite (2BO). Located in the Veranda House, these loft suites feature a living/dining room with breakfast bar to the open kitchen. The master bedroom, with a king bed, is located on the upper floor, while a second bedroom with a king bed is located on the main floor. Two balconies and butler service are included in these rooms, which accommodate up to five.

Key West Two Story Two Bedroom Concierge Suite (2BG). These suites have two stories with a spiral staircase and two bedrooms with king beds. A fully equipped kitchen looks over a living and dining area with a breakfast nook. Suites receive concierge service.




Key West Two Bedroom Concierge Suite (G2B). The two-bedroom suites feature two king beds, a living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Suites receive concierge service.





Key West Oceanview One Bedroom Concierge Suite (1BO). Accommodating up to four, this one-bedroom suites features a king bed and a double pull-out sofa in the living area. The suite features a fully equipped kitchen and ocean views and comes with concierge service.



Key West One Bedroom Concierge Suite (1BG). Accommodating up to four, this one-bedroom suites features a king bed and a double pull-out sofa in the living area. The suite features a fully equipped kitchen and garden views and comes with concierge service.




Key West One Bedroom Concierge Villa Suite (I1B). This suite feature one bedroom with a king bed but can sleep three is ordering a rollaway or crib. The suite features a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and comes with concierge service.




Key West Oceanview Concierge Room (SKO). This king-bed outfitted room features four large bay windows with outstanding ocean views. The room features a balcony and comes with concierge service.





Key West Luxury Concierge Room (DTG). The most standard of room options in Key West, this room features a king bed and balcony or patio, and comes with concierge service.
