About Beaver Creek Resort
Gaylord, MI
Nestled next to Otsego Lake, the 80-acre Beaver Creek prides itself on being a year-round resort. The winters find guests snowmobiling and skiing, while the summers bring hiking, canoeing and golf on the resort's 18-hole course. Thirty-seven cabins dot the premises. A large cabin features a separate bedroom, living area, downstairs bathroom, loft area for children and full kitchen. On the property, guests swim in a large pool, laze about in a hot tub and visit the steam room. A gathering room offers two sitting areas near a fireplace. A game room with arcade machines and pool tables is set off the main lounge. Most of the fun activities take place outside. Paddle boating, sliding on a 200-foot waterslide into the pool, playing miniature golf and tossing horseshoes are some of the activities available at the resort.
Gaylord is less than five minutes from the resort, offering over 40 restaurants, unique boutiques and mainstream shopping chains. Alpenfest is one of the top country fairs in northern Michigan and is held in Gaylord.
