One of the latest restaurants to open in Mountain Village, Andiamo's features yummy Italian food in an elegant setting. Start with the spinach salad, topped with pine nuts, cinnamon poached pears, gorgonzola cheese and warm pancetta dressing. Then, move on to entrees of veal scaloppini and penne arrabiata. Kids will like the lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. Save room for the trio of cannolis.

Before it opened its lodging, Buck's was churning out signature western meals, washed down with a wine from the long list. Dine on bison, walleye, pheasant or simply the best beef tenderloin in town.

A local favorite for years, the Cabin offers regional fare like barbecue bison back ribs and cornmeal-encrusted trout in a comfortable atmosphere in the Mountain Village.

Burgers, fries and microbrewed beers are served at this American bistro and popular after-ski bar. Kids will like the bumper pool and Ping-Pong tables.

New this season, guests skiing the South Face can check out the Shedhorn Grill. This yurt offers seating for 20 inside and seating for 20 outside to enjoy the spectacular views while enjoying Buffalo sliders or gourmet Southern delights. If you missed them during the ski day, the same company offers a moonlight dinner in another location, accessible via a snowcat ride from the Summit Hotel.

If the children are yearning to grab a quick bite between trails, Yeti Dogs offers gourmet beef hot dogs, along with Montana-made Wilcoxson's ice cream milkshakes. (Try the tasty huckleberry.)
