Will Return, But This Visit Not Up To Par

by Vicki H

We have stayed at The Yellow Rose Inn MANY times in the past several years. Basically Nothing has changed, Office Staff Exceptional, as it ALWAYS has been. Our room, a Handicapped one was in Order and kept cleaned, Breakfast was OK, everything was available like in the past, with some notable exceptions- No liquid coffee creamers (I prefer Coffee Mate), no lids for coffee cups, and the lack of Bagels as in the past. Attendant not very attentive (she fixed her breakfast while we were there). Ice Machine on Ground Floor, is STILL NOT WORKING after a couple of years being that way. Housekeeping did a Good job EXCEPT on Sunday, we left to do running around and to a 2:00 Show, came back AFTER 4:30 and room had Still NOT BEEN made up. That was the only issue that really bothered me. However,WE WILL RETURN, as the Staff has Always “bent over backwards “ to make our stay Enjoyable. Matter affect we Already have Reservations for next Fall, if we go to Branson before that, we will make Return Reservations.

Ok visit

This hotel is now a Ramada. Everyone was friendly, and room was clean. We have stayed several times, but this visit was different. Internet was relatively non existent. Housekeeping came in and emptied trash and kept us in towels and coffee. Beds were not made, and counters not touched. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, breads and cold cereal. If you need meat, go to Cracker Barrel. It just seemed like things were not as nice as usual.
