Our family does not have the opportunity of traveling with all 4 "children" since their ages are 15-23 and 3 of them are in other cities. All of us had the same spring break this year, however, and 2 of them had never seen Disney so off more +we went! Money was an issue, and ticket prices to Disney and Universal (the guys were all about Harry Potter world)were steep. I looked for decent lodging at a value price and good location to the parks. Buena Vista Suites fit the bill in many ways.

While it was a little crowded, all 6 of us stayed in 1 suite. We stayed on the run and were in the rooms early and late anyway. We were pleased with the location as well. The best part for us was the full breakfast each morning before we took to the park. We typically got in and out of the dining room quickly, and the food was decent with good variey of items. We saved a fair amount of money and time not having to find and buy breakfast on the way to the park, not to mention the advantage that each person started the day with a full stomach. Hotel staffers were polite and competent. I recommend Buena Vista Suites in Orlando and would stay there again.

PS Please contact me if I could provide additional reviews for your website. I work as a speech-language pathologist, but I have writing experience and expertise. Thank you!

I found out about this hotel through Mousesavers.com. Our family has stayed at Buena Vista Suites twice, with plans to stay again in February. The hotel is on par with a Hampton Inn, and it offers a clean, affordable and convenient place to stay more +when visiting WDW. Even with a car rental and parking fees at the parks, it is cheaper for my family of four to stay at this hotel than at a Disney property that offers a suite. The first time we stayed there my kids were 4 and 7; the second time they were 6 and 9.

PROS: Price (we are paying $111/night at the AAA in 2/2010); each room is a suite, so kids sleep in a separate room than parents; free buffet breakfast; 5 minutes to the entrance of WDW; free parking; across the street from a CVS and very close to numerous restaurants and shopping centers.

CONS: Ok pool, no extra kids' activities, free shuttle does not operate as often as Disney shuttles.

For my family, this hotel is ideal since we are not looking for entertainment at the hotel, and we prefer to have a car instead of relying on a shuttle. The hotel has just undergone renovations, so we are looking forward to going there again!
