All 114 one- and two-bedroom suites come with full kitchens and barbecue grills just outside. From the moment we crossed over the bridge from Ft Lyers to Sanibel....we were in love! The island is ssoooo natural.....with trees and wildlife everywhere. The main road (mind you its only a 2 land street) Periwinkle is covered with a canopy of trees, you pass kids and famiilies riding scooter, bike, and those 4 person jalopy bicycles as well.
