The 38,000-square-foot indoor water park features a water coaster, 100,000-gallon wave pool, three 35-foot-tall body slides, hot tubs, a Family Funhouse with tipping bucket and water cannons, Toddler's Tide Pool designed for little guests, and activity pool with basketball hoops and fun objects, such as giant snakes to float on. Admittance to the water park is included in your room rate, and from Monday to Thursday in the summertime the park opens to non-hotel guests, as well. Note that the water park closes on some weekdays during the school year; check the online calendar and book your trip accordingly.

Crabbie's Quarterdeck Arcade is filled with video games, air hockey and basketball, as well as games that spit out tickets kids can redeem for prizes. At Camp Castaway, kids can make take-home souvenirs in the form of color-your-own T-shirts, beach towels or backpacks for an additional charge; a "craft of the day" activity is also offered for a fee. Coloring sheets and smaller crafts are free. Since Cedar Point partners with the Peanuts cartoon franchise, other themed family activities include karaoke, games, dance parties, storytime and meet-and-greets with the costumed Peanuts gang.

Of course, historic Cedar Point amusement park is just down the road. Known worldwide for its thrilling roller-coasters, Cedar Point also has a softer side for young children, with its Camp Snoopy and Planet Snoopy areas offering rides for pint-sized visitors.
