Was not overly impressed.

Girl scout troop visit to Disney. Check in was fine, Gleyson was sweet, and room was clean. Host assisting the troop leader was rude and unaccomodating; Not enough blankets, not enough pillows; Room phone didn't work; Couldn't reach front desk by neighbors phone nor by cell phone to get more. Garbage wasn't emptied; No continental breakfast as promised on website. Would have returned for additional visits if not for these issues.

Great hotel with nice renovated rooms and nice staff. Carol at the front desk has been very helpful all the times. It made my vacations way much easier when speaking in portuguese. Thank you for the great stay! will definitely come back next year!
