Located right on the marina with a nice drive up and entry way. Parking in the garage filled up fast. We had a balcony room that was supposed to be waterfront, but the view was more of the pool and common area rather than the marina. The location more +was convenient to everything we planned to do, which included the Market and the aquarium. The room itself was spacious but the balcony was small. The patio around the pool area had plenty of comfortable seating and the sunsets were great. Overall, I would say it was a bit expensive for what we got, but would stay again if the price went down.

The location is very close to the downtown historic district. The hotel even offers a shuttle, though it is not free. The courtyard area is a nice space to relax, especially at night. The 24-hour fitness center provides individually-packaged more +headphones to use to access the cable TV screens on each piece of cardio equipment. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Many of the rooms have a great view of the river and/or downtown and the bridge.
