Party Time in Mexico

We took a trip to a family resort Riu Tequila in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico last year. My daughter loved it so much, that she said "It was the best vacation ever"!.

The kids club was excellent: children were supervised, did more +a lot of activities, and even participated in the evening entertainment with professional artists. She loved the Pinata, and Mexico festival day at the resort. The resort is all inclusive, so we did not worry about choosing restaurants, and the food was very good, with a lot of varieties and choices; I especially liked fresh juice bar in the morning.

We also took trips to an Xcaret park and Tulum pyramids which were near the hotel.The evening show in the Xcaret park was a quintessential of Mexican culture.

THe Playa del Carmen is only 2 hrs flight from New York. Great place for the family vacation.

My family of 5 stayed at the Riu Tequilla in Playacar for 7 nights. We rented a Jr. Suite and a standard room and paid about 3125.00 for the five of us for the week. My 9 year old daughter loved it and so did my sons 16 and 19. We went to the more +beach every day and hit the pools later on. We never had a problem getting a chair under the palm trees at the beach or at the pools later on. The entertainment was good and the food was good as well. There is plenty to chose from. We ate at the Steak House and the Asian. The Steak house was better. Did not have a problem getting a reservation.
The resort and grounds were beautiful. We also saw may animals.

All in all, I would recommend this resort to anyone. It was definitely a good value for the money we paid.
