Just what we needed!

by Craig P

We needed to be close to the airport, and have hotel shuttle service. Next priority was reasonable price, breakfast, and a king size bed. Comfort Inn & SUites filled the order! They were courteous, friendly, fast, accurate and close to other services.

Adequate with a little attitude

by Spakulski

We stayed here after our flight was canceled. The airport is an easy taxi ride ($10, 10 minutes) from the Norfolk hotel. The woman at the front desk seemed hurried and irritated at answering questions we had about catching a taxi the next morning to the airport at 4 am. The hotel’s own shuttle did not leave until 5 am. To me, helping guests figure out how to get to the airport is an important role of an airport hotel front desk receptionist. (We ended up calling a cab and an Uber - just in case. Both worked out fine.)

In the morning, a separate front desk person did not even say hello. The rooms were adequate for the 8 hour stay. A couple of friendly and helpful front desk people would go a long way here.
