Busy Location

by chezr2014

I arrived here by car and once in a nice reception the lady arranged for my car to be securely parked overnight.

I had single room and was very clean and comfortable with everything I needed.

The Hotel is on a busy corner and there was a bit on background noise but did not affect my sleep as I was very tried.

It’s not the hotels fault that other guests are not capable closing a door correctly at 3am either – lol

We eat in the hotel restaurant and the service was good and the food was priced as expected and not overpriced.

I probably stay here again, but there is so much choice so depends where you are visiting and how much walking you want to do.

But it is very close to Tivoli Gardens and next to the train station.

A nice hotel...50 years ago

Centrally located, a good name, this hotel actually claims to be four stars. Well, maybe fifty years ago. It’s like the grand old lady still thinking she’s in her fourties. Trying to keep the facade...The room was extremely worn down, the elevator crinkled its way up to the top floor...almost. The AC was stuck on somewhere around 27C. The wallpaper actually was coming down and you barely dared to open the door to the shower out of fear you would have the glass falling to the floor.
This is worse than Fawlty Towers!! Stay out if you can!
