Great location but dated hotel

by helenw00

This hotel is in a great location. It's a stones throw from dozens of amazing restaurants and bars as well as Facebook and Amazon offices. If you're visiting from out of town and are looking for the less beaten path, this is where you should stay. Great location close to the lake and views of the seaplanes landing. If you're heading downtown, it's a 15 min Uber which is about $12.

The service in the bar is amazing (shout out to Way!) as was the rest of the staff on site. They also have a nice wine list including some great bottles by local winemakers, and the food was pretty good too.

The hotel lobby and gym are both recently renovated. However, the rooms are not which is a tragedy. The rooms probably haven't been updated since they were built in the late 90s early 00s and show it. The showers have that look that happens when they're old and just can't be cleaned any more. I wish the rooms were better because I'd stay here every time I'm in town if they were. Please renovate the guest rooms so I can come back soon!

More affordable option for small business meetings

by monisf

Our board settled here for three days of meetings, avoiding the higher cost of the downtown/waterfront hotels. We still enjoyed walking distance to great restaurants and museums and beautiful views of Lake Union. The staff was outstanding: friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Facility was fully updated with the current Courtyard “look” and very spacious.
