Nice Courtyard!

by 618beachgoer

Our corporate offices are right next-door. So I get to stay at this courtyard a lot. Very clean and nice. Has a bar and small menu. Outside area with fire pit is nice to meet friends. Parking can be challenging because you were in a corporate center but free.
Nice restaurants down the hill that you can walk to a various price ranges. Rooms newer and clean. Staff great!

Friendly hotel, but a bit noisy at times

by HeritageSoftail14843

Stayed a week while in town on business. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to greet customers and make them feel welcome. The rooms are typical size and layout, and include a small fridge and microwave in each room. They have a bar and small restaurant, but no meals are typically included in the room rates. The biggest complaint I have is the noise you could hear from inside your room. The worst offenders were the toilets nearby (you could clearly hear them flushing all thru the night), the door slamming noise, and the ability to hear people in the next room either talking or watching television. They have a small gym with a few cardio machines and some weights. There is a small indoor pool, but it was closed the entire week we were there. Same goes for the elevators - there are only 2 and 1 of them did not work the entire 6 days we were there. There are a few restaurants nearby that you can walk to, and many more within a 5-10 minute driving distance. Parking is very scarce at the hotel - especially in front and on the right side. Often we had to park all the way around the side of the next door building as many spots closer are reserved for the nearby businesses, not the hotel guests. I would probably stay here again, but not for a week due to the noise which impacted my ability to get quality sleep at night and the various maintenance issues noted.
