Great staff and consistent good service!

by janetpq

I stay here frequently for work and the staff at the front desk and in the bistro are some of the nicest people ever! I particularly appreciate that they remember me when I come back. Rooms are consistently clean and always comfortable. A few restaurants within walking distance too. I have a choice in where to stay for my business trips and while I’ve tried a few other places in the area, I always come back here.

Nice!

This was a good Park n’ Fly option with very accommodating shuttle service. Not the closest hotel with airport shuttle service, but a quick trip regardless. Two odd things we weren’t told on check in. As commonly found, the hotel doors were lever style and while they operate normally from the inside, to get into your room you lift up. Not knowing this, it required a trip back to the front desk thinking the lock wasn’t working. Then we turned in the TV and it said “weak or no signal” so I walked back to the front desk (fortunately on the same floor not too far away) to tell them the tv wasn’t working, only to be told one must manually put in channel 13 and go from there. Small, obvious signs in the outside of the door and the tv would have helped! Great sofa and footstool for comfortable tv watching. A floor lamp behind the curved sofa back prevented it from being bright enough to read for very long. A stronger or 3-way bulb there would help as the wall lamps on either side of the bed were installed too low with insufficient wattage for reading in bed. Room however, was otherwise spotless and nicely decorated. Would stay here again.
