I found it to be all fluff and not user friendly.

It looked nice, but the room was not comfortable. Plugs by the bed could not hold a charger-it fell out. Bathroom too dark. Room had too many lights that had to be turned on to see what I needed to see. I found a long dark hair on my face towel as well as in the sheets of the bed. Did not use glasses at all, stuck with using the plastic wrapped glasses. Bought a turkey sandwich in restaurant. Threw it away.

Fancy design but...

Was there for 2 nights. When you are arriving first reaction is: wow, it’s gonna be a cool stay and will go through something different. And finally nothing.
Despite a very helpful staff at the check in, I went to a pretty standard room at the ground level, going through a corridor which look like bringing you to a warehouse. I have stayed beside a room transformed into a workshop with noise pretty much all day. The breakfast was served by inexperienced staff mixing a tea request with the service of a coffee. The lounge “Violet Horn” is probably the only place in the hotel which is at the level of he look the manager wanted to bring. So, not sure I will stay there the next time, except if I have no choice. If you are around, go for a quick visit, it is worth the tour.
