Triple Charged for my room

by Matt712

I am a Marriott member and stayed at this location 3 weeks ago and was billed 3x for my room. Buyer beware!!! The front desk “yes” me to death. I knew there was a screw up, they couldn’t understand as I stood in front of them...I will not be staying here ever again.

Not so great except for Jorge at the bar

Just finished a 5 day stay at this Marriott property. Half for business and half for a visit to Disney World parks.

The entire property is a bit on the shabby side. Unnecessarily tiny bathroom in the “junior” suite. Quite stingy with towels and the bed sheets were stained. The furniture in the room had stains. The air conditioning did not keep the room cool at night. The walls seemed thin and I could hear conversations thru the doors while walking down the halls. The hallway carpet was stained. The stairwells were so dirty.

Two good things. I liked the pantry area provided for elite Marriott members and I liked the hotel bar. Bartender Jorge was excellent. The restaurant served a decent hamburger as well.

Proximity to Disney Springs was pretty good. Walkable on a not too hot day. $15 Uber ride one way to the other parks so we spent quite a bit on ubers.

Unlikely I’d stay here again.
