My husband and I stayed in apartment 2a- which(in our opinion) is the best full ocean view on the Island of Culebra.
We rented a golf cart and enjoyed riding along and taking in the charm of this little but GREAT island. We were here in February, we came back in August, and we are returning again, November 15th.
