A stay at this pretty motel, which opened in 1955, is considered a "classic" Dells experience by old-timers. Nonsmoking rooms have modern amenities including cable television, microwaves and refrigerators, plus original details like Ponderosa pine boards. There are also picnic areas, a playground and a heated pool. The motel is next door to the Cheese Factory Restaurant, run by the same owners. Rates start at $49 a night.
