Disney's California Adventure is directly opposite a pedestrian area from Disneyland, providing a full-size, secondary theme park (but required separate admission to enter). Families often purchase Park Hopper passes and bounce between the two parks, or purchase one-day tickets for each park and dedicate a full day to Disneyland and a full day to California Adventure, which is home to the popular "Carsland."

Because the parks are so vast and the rides, restaurants, shows, parades and shopping so numerous, we've created a list of treasures that we think represent the best of what the Disneyland Resort has to offer families.
