We stayed at the All Star Music Resort for 4 nights. The buildings are old style, but well maintained. The room was nice with disney-themed decorations. The beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping was excellent. The kids had fun in the more +pools, although there's nothing terribly special about them. It felt like we were staying at a resort, which I liked.

The food was ok. It was good, but nothing to write home about. The Dining Plan was a little confusing to figure out at first, but the cashier's were very friendly and patient in helping us learn what was covered and what was not. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Overall, I felt it was a very nice resort even though it was one of the cheapest in Disney. If we go back, I won't be spending extra for a more upperscale resort when everything I needed and wanted was at the All Star Music Resort.

Super for the money. It's not posh, but all we really did was pass out after a fun day at the park. They even had movies for the kids to watch after dinner. The meal plan worked out great for us. Definitely the way to go.more +Super for the money. It's not posh, but all we really did was pass out after a fun day at the park. They even had movies for the kids to watch after dinner. Family friendly hotel. We stayed in the themed area of New york on Broadway. Huge movie screen of the Beauty and the Beast show. Lamp lights and small intimate park benches with a beautiful fountain lit up at night very realistic to New york parks. more +We were going to Mickey's very Merry Christmas party and my 6 y/o daughter didn't want to leave the pool!! She was having too much fun swimming and dancing to the music of Taylor Swift during the pool party!!The best service was at the gift shop, I was buying a bathing suit and my size wasn't in so the store called over to another All stars hotel they had the size and brought it over to me to be able to purchase!!

We stayed early enough in December to beat the holiday crowds. Also, this time of the year is coolest to be at Disney. The benefits of the Florida resident deal made the best price ever staying at a Disney Park Hotel!! Recommend for families with small children and older teenagers. My son was 19 and met a family from Australia he enjoyed the variety of guests staying at the resort.

We recently went to Disney World for the first time. I spent a lot of time researching places to stay. We decided we wanted the whole Disney experience and opted to stay on property.

Because my son is 14 and my daughter is 9, we more +are beyond the years when we can all fit in 2 double beds like a traditional hotel room has. The best deal Disney has is the Family Suite at All Star Music. The living room has 3 pull outs, so there was plenty of room for the kids. The cost was $184, which is more than we normally pay for hotel rooms. And I toyed with the idea of getting a suite off site for $99 per night. However, the Disney suite turned out to be a better deal and here's why.

We didn't have to rent a car which saved us at least $25 per day. We didn't have to park at the theme parks which saved us $13 per day. We could take advantage of the magic hours which didn't save us any money, but gave us more time in the parks. We could take advantage of the free dining plan which saved us $100 per day. With all that, it was like we were paying $46 a night. That's a great deal.

The giant guitar pool was always warm and never crowded. Every night there were games or movies or something going on at the pool. The food at the cafeteria style restaurant was okay, and fairly priced. We went during Pop Warner week. There were many groups of kids staying at this hotel. However, we didn't have any problems at all with noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. If you have more than 2 kids, or your kids are at the age where you can no longer throw them in the same bed together, the family suite is a great option.
