I stayed in Disney Saratoga Spring Resort in 2010 and 2011 and its the best hotel ever. The room is beautiful, clean and we had everything we need. The lobby is gorgeous and it has a fast food restaurant and also a dinning table restaurant that is more +perfect.
Other important thing is that is very close to Downtown Disney and you can go there either by bus or by boat in a couple of minutes.
I strongly recommend to visit Saratoga resort!!!

This is was our 3rd time staying at Saratoga Springs as part of our Disney Vacation Club membership (DVC). Since the last time we were there, the Paddock pool had been completely renovated and now includes the biggest slide of all the pools at more +Saratoga. While the resort is sprawling, even the most distant hotel rooms are just a short 5-7 minute walk from the main lobby and the main swimming pool and activity area.

Kids activities are plentiful with "smores" cook outs and nightly poolside movies. The pools are large enough to accommodate everyone easily.

Our only complaints are that there really isn't a good restaurant for casual dining. The Artists Palate is a bit too cafeteria style and really not a separate dining location, though their pizza and sandwiches will work in a pinch. The nicer restaurant is quite pricy and not where you want to get stuck grabbing a late dinner when kids are tired. Also, because it is so close to Downtown Disney, the transportation times to/from other resorts from Saratoga Springs are the longest in the entire Disney Parks system (confirmed by the drivers themselves). There is the option to take a boat from the resort to Downtown Disney, and weather permitting walking is a good option depending upon where your room is located.

We had a 2 bedroom suite that was quite comfortable--TVs in all 3 rooms. Fast Wi-Fi (ethernet in the master bedroom only) that was free as a DVC member, but there is a cost for non-members. It was clean, roomy, and comfortable.

While not the most exciting resort when compared to Animal Kingdom Lodge and not the fanciest when compared to Grand Floridian, we find Saratoga Springs to be very nice, very accommodating and priced right--especially since we really spend very little time in our room when "doing Disney" anyway.
