amazing airport hotel

How is this hotel rated 3.5 stars? Wow that's impossible as I felt it was definitely a typical 5 star experience. Welcomed as a diamond member with a warm welcome cookie, Diamond member snacks, and exceptional customer service. Was welcomed to a wonderful room with a comfortable bed and exceptional amenities and given a wake up call the next morning and got ready for flight. The shuttle driver was friendly and fast service on time - would gladly stay here again for an early morning flight.

Two day business trip

The hotel was just fine for my typical accommodations while traveling. As always, the complimentary cookie was great. I received a text message from the manager that asked if everything was up to my standards for my stay. I responded that everything was great, except for the noisy HVAC unit that was in my room. It wasn’t bad enough to make me change rooms, however, upon hearing this, the manager was very helpful and accommodating to make sure I was compensated for the inconvenience. I didn’t request anything in return and received a refund of Hilton points due to the inconvenience. Will definitely stay here again due to the customer service.
