Spa
The Spa at Dreams is a 5,400-square-foot retreat to invigorate the body with a menu of over 30 restorative treatments. The tranquil atmosphere is a backdrop for true indulgence and offers seven luxurious indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy area featuring a Turkish bath, indoor Jacuzzis and showers, sauna and steam bath to complete the stimulating and peaceful experience. The spa also includes a full-service beauty salon for hair styling, waxing and manicure and pedicure services.

A special offering is that kids and teens can discover the joys and health benefits of the spa experience with their parents. Simple and educational treatments are designed especially for spa-goers ages 6 to 11 with teen services available for young adults ages 12 to 16.

Fitness Center
Guests can enjoy the resort's Fitness Center that offers cardio, weight training and stretching equipment. The fitness center features cross trainers, stationary bikes, strength-training machines, Nordic Track, Universal and other training machines and free weights.

The Art of Smart Timing
Facilities here are open all year. Similar to other Caribbean destinations, the fall is often considered a shoulder season, while winter is a popular due to the cold temperatures in the Northern U.S. During the summer many great deals are available. This property receives sunshine and enjoys warm temperatures year-round, so anytime is a great time to visit the property.

Getting There
Dreams Palm Beach is 20 minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport. There are shuttle providers and guests may also take a taxi to the resort.

For Mom and Dad
The resort's French restaurant, Bordeaux, is open only to those 18 and older, making this the perfect spot for a night out while the kids enjoy the kids' clubs. For after-hours fun, parents may find the Desires Nightclub or the casino a good choice for a night out. For something truly special, couples may enjoy a romantic, child-less dinner served privately on the beach.
