With plenty of multi-bedroom accommodations, a large indoor water park and easy access to the beach, Dunes Village Resort is a family-friendly retreat in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The high-rise hotel is set just steps away from the ocean, but its considerable water park makes it a year-round attraction. Although there is no on-site childcare or supervised children's programs at Dune's Village, the resort's condo-style lodging, which comes with kitchenettes or kitchens, a washer and dryer, and up to four bedrooms, is a convenient bonus for budget-minded families. Save money by cooking your own meals or by teaming up with another family to share a room and split the rate.

Great resort for families. Rooms are avail for all budgets. We stayed in an ocean front suite. Suites are b'ful and spacious. Keep in mind, though, if you have a toddler who is as busy as mine, that it is better to stay on one of the lower floors. They did not have an extra support rod for the sliding glass doors - something about hurricane building code ... more +
