Room dirty. Had toenail clippings on carpet by bathroom, popcorn on sofa and used bar of soap with previous guests hair

Room dirty, toenail clippings on carpet by bathroom door, but the worst was finding previous guests body hair on bar of soap that was placed back in the box and put in shower. Reported to front desk and they did not seem bothered or apologize for the lack of cleanliness.

Nice

There are two Embassy’s to choose from in this area- this is certainly nicer of the two. Best breakfast around and the room set up can’t be beat. Pool is simple but does the job. We love the atrium feel and the shuttle is top notch offering.
One awful common quality of ES seems to be that the people who like to smoke gravitate to this brand- can barely get in the front door without walking through a cloud of it. I would suggest the hotel brand across the board designate a spot somewhere not catered to the smokers so my children do not have to endure this awful chosen habit. I’d be a happy mama if I’m not left with a million questions of why they smoke.
