Best welcome

by 5Merlin

Front desk staff provided the best welcome and check-in I've had. Room was pleasant, bed very comfortable, nice shower. Good WiFi signal. Conveniently place outlets. Breakfast was pretty standard. Don't bother purchasing soft drinks at the hotel...too expensive. Right across the street is a gasoline station where prices are at least half the cost. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance.

Just what you want when visiting for college event

by MachaMom

We stayed one night when in town for an athletic event. Hotel is conveniently located and well positioned amid familiar restaurants and shops.

We arrived at 1am and Devin at the front desk was friendly (but not overly so - who wants to chat at 1am?) and efficient.

The room was clean and most importantly quiet, despite facing the main road (Room 205). There were also 3 coach buses in the parking lot when we arrived, but, again, extremely quiet overnight.

The room had everything we needed and what you'd expect (mini-fridge, coffee maker, iron, etc.). I would recommend asking for extra pillows as the ones provided were small and squarish.

Also a plus - LOTS of lighting in the room (I hate poorly lit hotel rooms). Would definitely stay again when in Ithaca.
