Since it opened in late 2000, Marriott Village at Lake Buena Vista has been a favorite for budget-minded families. The Village encompasses three hotel properties, contained in a single gated complex. Each Walt Disney World Good Neighbor hotel holds special appeal for families. Fairfield Inn & Suites offers 48 Hawaiian-themed "family suites" with bunk beds. Pool-hopping is fun for kids -- each hotel has its own, and two contain splash pads. A shared food court offers a number of quick-service options. Free continental breakfast is provided to guests of Fairfield Inn. Roundtrip bus transportation to Walt Disney World Resort theme parks is available for $7 per person. You may also want to look at the other two properties in this complex: Courtyard Orlando Lake Buena Vista and SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista.
