From the moment we arrived, everything was super! The service, room, amenities, location...all excellent. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with 2 master suites for 3 nights. The condo was comfortable with great beds, bathrooms, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The bell staff, valet, and concierge were all friendly and helpful. We had 2 margaritas after a long hike, and they were delicious! How nice to have them right there at the lodge. They also have coffee and tea available 24/7. Great location in the Mountain Village, too. Highly recommended!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, courtesy of my in-laws, and were very impressed with the accommodations and service here. From check-in to check-out, the staff were always quick to fulfill any request with a smile; even delivering cans of coke to our room when I wasn't feeling well!

We had a three bedroom suite with a great patio with a view of the courtyard and the gondola. Two bedrooms have en-suite 5 piece bathrooms (including a jetted tub) and one bedroom is by itself, with a bathroom across the hall which includes a steam shower. Full kitchen that the housekeeping staff cleans every 3 days, unless you don't want them too. Each unit has their own washer and dryer so you can do laundry.

There are multiple restaurants accessible by walking, or take the (free) gondola. My best meal was at the Tomboy Tavern, just across the courtyard. And of course, the views in Telluride are amazing!
