Default Disneyland and Southern California passes at Safeway

I was at the gift card section at Safeway the other day and noticed they had discounted Disneyland passes there. Also Southern California passes that included a couple of Disney days plus some other SoCal attractions (I want to say it was Universal, San Diego Zoo and Seaworld, but I could be wrong). Not sure these are available everywhere, this was at a Safeway here in Seattle.
