Our kids are older, but when they were younger and still napping we got an early start at the parks in the morning, then were back at our hotel no later than 1 for afternoon naps, followed by pool time.

The best advice my wife's mom gave to me: Don't ever worry about a child getting enough sleep or finding a nap- when a kid is truly tired, they will lay their head down where they stand. Believe me!
