Seaside is a great place to experience. But don't forget everything else the Destin area has to offer. It is also known as the World Luckiest Fishing village. Last October, we stayed in the Frangista Beach area of Destin, about 15 mins. west of Seaside. The Destin Fishing Rodeo takes place during th whole month of October. It's one o the biggest fishing tournaments in the country. Ithink it been going on for like 50 years or something. We caught so much fish! One of the best experience of our lives.
