ocean sand, Dominican, any good??

Has anyone been to the Ocean Sand/Blue by H10, in Punta Cana?? have read reviews about the locals invading the resort. Is this really true? Opinions, please.

This is a very nice resort.......Located 35 minutes from the Punta Cana airport, www.oceanhotels.net

This beachfront property is located within the White Sand Golf Course area and surrounded by a palm trees and tropical forest. White sands surrounded by palm trees. There are 10 Restaurants at Ocean Blue
I love this property. As a travel agent i have no problem reccomending this to any clients & friends, been booking this resort for a few years now, had a grp. of about 40 people there last july & not even one complaint...
