Great Hotel!!

by mjjf77

Stayed over the weekend. What a great place! The kids enjoyed the pool area and it looked like lots of people were relaxing and enjoying life in the patio. The kids had a great time and loved how nice the staff was to them! They actually allowed them to be kids and have a little fun! Aside from some snooty people bellyaching in the comments, I would totally recommend this hotel. Perhaps they should stay at the Ritz-Carlton. Also newsflash, it’s hockey tournament season and the off-season in Cape Cod. We had a room with an entrance into the pool it was fantastic. Keep up the great work Four Points Sheraton!!!

Super loud crow, unhelpful staff

The hotel was hosting some sort of sports team, and the kids were running through the hallways screaming all night. Staff did nothing despite multiple complaints.

They must make their money from large groups. If you're not interested in dodging kids playing floor hockey in the halls while their parents get drunk by the pool, stay somewhere else.

Oh, also, they want $14 per person for a continental breakfast LOL.
