The hotel itself is a bit tired. It needs a bit of attention. Some of the staff are really friendly others are not so. Reasonable rates. The pool is not the most attractive. Situated in a good spot to the universal studios and several places to eat etc

Great location & friendly staff

The check in process was smooth with friendly staff. I always saw the staff cleaning. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The pool was nice and the chicken quesadilla was wonderful! Bar attendant was very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
