Reviews

Wonderful hotel, excellent staff!

by Danni M

Celebrated our 25th Anniversary in Charleston and the French Quarter Inn. Perfect location, wonderful breakfast delivered to our room, pillow selection, happy hour and late night snacks. We also borrowed the bicycles for a nice ride around town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Construction outside the only negative, but of course not the hotel's fault. Wonderful 5 star stay!!

Fine Hotel - Great Location - Lovely Staff

by iMarco46

Efficient and friendly check-in was accompanied by glasses of bubbly - what a great start!.
The hotel's location made for easy walking to restaurants, markets, Rainbow Row as well as the Charleston Battery and promenade.
Sole niggles were the single basin and absence of a soaking tub in the otherwise lovely bathroom - not a crushing disappointment but fell a bit short of expectations at this price point and star rating.
Valet parking was $32/day.
Each and every member of the hotel staff were gracious and friendly - couldn't have been nicer!
Happy to recommend this accommodation - looking forward to a return.
