The lobby is gorgeous and I love the apartment style rooms. We've stayed here more than once. Because every rental is individually owned, some accommodations are better than others. We found the mattresses very hard and uncomfortable during our most recent stay.

Definitely go to Legends for meals! The owner and staff are wonderful. They have video games and foosball. Huge projection tv! You order at the bar and they bring it to your table.

Motel Quality for Hotel Price

All rooms are privately owned so the experience between rooms may differ however this was my experience.

Upon arrival we walked in the brand new, spotless lobby. There were multiple fireplaces, big windows and lots of chairs and sofas. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. We went up to our room which was on the 4th floor and found the room uncomfortably warm. For such a great hotel this must have air conditioning. But there was none. Only a thermostat which read "HEAT ONLY." The kitchen was full of dated applianced which looked like they dated back to the 80s or 90s. Dated lighting fixtures provided little to no light and were an eye sore. The Murphy bed I slept on provided little to no support and was very uncomfortable.

Pros:
-2 minute walk to the town square
-great staff
-free coffee in the Eagle Lounge
-luggage trolleys
-non smoking property
-good WiFi

Cons:
-dated
-no a/c
-unconformable beds

All in all would not recommend but sufficed for our weekend stay
