About Governor's Inn
The Governors Inn is clean, comfortable and bare bones basic at a fantastic price. Each room comes with a tiny fridge and use of the lobby's microwave. In the morning you'll find a very nice, but small continental breakfast with fruit, yogurt, muffins and coffee. The Inn has a small outdoor pool and if closed for any reason, you can always use the Woodland's outdoor pool. Even better, guests can use the beautiful fitness room and three sparkling pools serving the Williamsburg Inn and Williamsburg Lodge for a day rate of just $25 per family. The bad news is that this motel backs up to train tracks and the racket can be deafening. Ask for a room as far away from the front desk as possible, but whatever room you choose you may inevitably get a wake up roar. I don't mind a train annoyance at this great room rate.
