About Gran Bahia Principe Bavaro
Gran Bahia Principe sits along the shores of Bavaro Beach in the Dominican Republic. The resort is expansive with more than 1,290 suites. Suites feature living areas, balconies, satellite television and coffee machines. Bathrobe and slipper service are standard in the rooms. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide comfort in the heat. Nine restaurants offer a range of atmospheres and cuisines, including Mediterranean and Japanese. All-inclusive rates cover four dinners per week and breakfast and lunch at the main restaurant. Guests can also dine in restaurants at the sister resort -- Gran Bahia Principe Punta Cana. Special menus are available for children.
Also included in the rates, a variety of exciting activities are provided at Gran Bahia. Families can frequent the two lake-style pools, get competitive at the daytime sports program or simply relax on the beach. Daily outings start from the resort, like swimming with dolphins, sailing to Catalina Island or jeep safaris. Nightly entertainment, like live shows, is available for adults and for children. Live meringue, bachata and salsa enhance your cultural experience. For children, daily activities and shows are provided at a mini-club. Kids will play in the pool, dance at the mini-disco, play miniature golf or enjoy Olympics on the beach. Babysitting is also available.
