Very nice place to stay

by Debyw2046

We were very impressed with the quality of this place. Very clean and updated. Nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Beds were comfortable with smart TV and modern bathroom. Great breakfast included. The front desk was very helpful and full of information.

Great hotel

by G5698QAlisat

This hotel was nice. We stayed in room #120, it had 2 queen beds and was very spacious. It was on the 1st floor and right on the lake. The decor was beautiful and we did not occur any problems. There were a couple things that were not the best. 1. The breakfast could definitely be better. They had one of the pancake machines but the pancakes always come out rubbery and gross. I think the hotel should invest in a waffle maker. 2. The hotel held $100 on my card for room damages. The hold was on my card for an additional day after we checked out (we stayed 2 days) There is a little plaque on the front desk stating this but the lady that checked us in never told us about the hold. I don't really understand why the hotel holds the $100. I thought the purpose of having your card on file is in case something were to happen, not hold it just in case. Other than that, it was a nice place.
