Employee Entered room without knocking then call from front desk an hour before check out to ask if I was leaving that day I said check out At 11am she said yes I said I will be out before then. Not happy!

We usually stay here if we spend the night in Lexington. We stayed here the whole time our kitchen and bathroom was being remodeled. It's nice, quiet and has a great staff. Breakfast in the mornings and hot coffee all the time.
