You can even ride a tram inside the arch for a full 360-degree view of downtown St. Louis. Great Staff. Convenient Location

by FirstLadyM

The staff here will do all they can to make your stay nice. Easy access to the Dome as it’s within walking distance. Many good food establishments nearby. This is our 2nd year staying here, and we plan to stay next year!

Good location, but rundown facility

by KLConte

This hotel is easy walking distance to St. Louis’ Gateway Arch, but that is the only thing that recommends it. The hotel is quite rundown and our room had a strange smell. The guest chair was filthy and there was mildew in the bathroom. The hotel relocated us once but the second room was no better than the first. The lobby looked to have been refurbished in recent years but the rest of the hotel is in need of a major renovation and modernization. While the facility is lacking, the staff is not. Each employee we encountered was friendly and helpful.
