Stay at Hampton Inn for a congress

by rkrocz512813

The hotel location was very convenient for a congress at the Gaylord Convention Center (opposite side of the street). The price (during the congress USD 450 was very high). Access to Washington DC Metro via bus quite convenient (20 min ride). Otherwise quite remote.

Great Staff, Great location, Good Accommodations

by brendeno2019

This was one of the more memorable experiences I have had, largely due to the front end staff remembering my name. I really believe this is a great hotel but due to the timing of my stay I did not feel the price tag aligned with the accommodations. Full disclosure there was a convention and the price was elevated to align with the convention. I felt the hotel was slightly dated internal atmosphere, the room was adequate and had everything you would want, the breakfast was great and had a nice variety of items. The location was perfect for proximity to restaurants etc. I would definitely come back to this location over the other options around.
