Hampton Inn & Suites Outer Banks Rooms

The Hampton Inn has two categories of rooms: the standard guest room and the one-room Studio Suite. The standard room has over 400 square feet and features either one king or two queen beds in addition to a full-size sleeper sofa. Standard room amenities include microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, private balcony or patios, free high-speed internet access (not wireless, bring your data cord) and HBO and best of all, luxurious Cloud Nine mattresses. All rooms are guaranteed non-smoking. Be sure to request one of the rooms with a whirlpool tub.

When you need to spread out a little more, the one-room Studio Suite is a great choice. In addition to the option of one king or two queens plus full-size sleeper sofa, the suites have extra square footage for lounging and also have a wet bar. Both categories have rooms available for visitors with special needs.

Book the Family Fun Package, which requires a two-night minimum stay, and upon arrival you and your crew will be greeted with the following goodies: a disposable camera; four Outer Banks postcards to mail to loved ones at home; four free ice cream passes from the Suite Shop; a free beach ball for some fun in the pool; a Kitty Hawk kit to fly on the beach; four tickets to the Whalehead Club; four tickets to the North Carolina Aquarium at Roanoke Island in Manteo; discounts to local restaurants; and an extended checkout time of 1 p.m. The package is available year round but rates vary depending on time of year. Additional nights beyond the two-night minimum are priced based on the best available rate at the time of the booking.

When making reservations, be sure to specify an ocean view room; the higher the level the better the view. Complimentary cribs are available upon request.
